HERbs for Health

  • National Maritime Museum Romney Road SE10 9NF (map)

Join us for a special herbal workshop in partnership with Royal Museums Greenwich to make Women’s History Month.

The workshop will explore some of the interwoven threads between women, plants and health through history and across different cultures. Through memories, stories and recipes we will uncover the healing properties of a range of plants. We’ll look at everything from growing herbs to cooking, to making remedies - discussing how plants can be enjoyed and celebrated in many different forms. We will delve into the world of aromatherapy and how we can make simple products to enjoy at home.

There will also be a chance to make your own aromatherapy spray by combining your own unique blend of oils.

Ticket £7 Bookable via the link below.

This workshop takes place at the National Maritime Museum, Romney Rd, London SE10 9NF.
