Herbal Sleep Workshop

Join us for a dreamy afternoon learning how herbs can help you get a better night's sleep. In this workshop we will be exploring herbs that can help you to unwind, de-stress and get you ready for a restorative night of sleep. We'll guide you through the process of crafting your own 'before bed' tea bags and pillow spray to take home. 

The session will cover:

- an introduction to a number of calming and sleep-promoting herbs

- how to combine dried herb to create your own herbal teabags

- introduction to the properties of essential oils 

- how to combine essential oils to make a relaxation spray

Ticket price includes all materials and light refreshments.
